ATP Rugged Shipping Policy
ATP Rugged ships orders from our fulfillment location in Colorado. We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Order Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
During trade shows, product launches, high-volume periods, or inventory restocks, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address, package size, package weight, and available carrier options.
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed by ATP Rugged. Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, remote delivery locations, or other events outside our control.
Free Shipping
ATP Rugged may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the available free shipping option will appear at checkout.
Free shipping applies only to eligible orders shipped within the United States, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Carriers
ATP Rugged may ship orders using carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, or other available carriers depending on the order, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking information after the label is created.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
ATP Rugged is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to ATP Rugged due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ATP Rugged is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues outside our control.
If your tracking information shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first contact the shipping carrier and check the delivery location. You may also contact ATP Rugged for assistance, and we will do our best to help with the carrier claim process when applicable.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, contact ATP Rugged within 5 business days of delivery at sales@atprugged.com. Please include your order number, photos of the damaged packaging, photos of the damaged product, and a brief description of the issue.
Do not discard the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as the carrier may require it for a damage claim.
Missing Items
If your order is missing an item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at sales@atprugged.com with your order number and a description of the missing item.
International Shipping
ATP Rugged currently focuses on shipping within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, shipping options, costs, duties, taxes, and import fees will be shown or communicated separately.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.
Returns and Exchanges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by ATP Rugged. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an ATP Rugged error or an approved defective-product issue.
