Refund policy
ATP Rugged Return Policy
Items purchased directly from ATP Rugged may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the product is returned in like-new, unused condition with all original accessories, manuals, parts, and packaging.
All returns require prior authorization before being shipped back. To request a return, please contact us at sales@atprugged.com with your order number, name, contact information, and reason for return. If approved, ATP Rugged will issue a Return Material Authorization number. Returns sent without an approved RMA number may not be accepted.
Returned products must be unused, unmodified, undamaged, and in resalable condition. Products that have been installed, mounted, scratched, damaged, altered, or returned with missing accessories or packaging may be rejected or may receive only a partial refund.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an ATP Rugged error or an approved defective-product issue. Return shipments must be prepaid and insured by the customer. ATP Rugged is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs during return shipping.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any refund issued will exclude original shipping costs unless otherwise required or approved by ATP Rugged.
Products returned within 30 days of delivery are not subject to a restocking fee if all return conditions are met. Returns requested between 31 and 60 days after delivery may be accepted at ATP Rugged’s discretion and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the original purchase price.
No returns are eligible for credit more than 60 days after delivery.
Once the returned item is received, ATP Rugged will inspect the product. After inspection, ATP Rugged may approve a full refund, partial refund, exchange, store credit, or reject the return based on the product’s condition and the terms of this policy. Approved refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Products marked as final sale, clearance, custom, digital, downloadable, or non-returnable at the time of purchase are excluded from this return policy.
Products purchased through third-party sellers must be returned according to the seller’s return policy. Please contact the original place of purchase directly for return instructions.
Warranty claims, defective product concerns, and accidental damage claims are handled separately under ATP Rugged’s warranty or protection plan terms, if applicable.
