Product warranty instructions

1.    The warranty period for all industrial tablets, intelligent terminals is 2 years, of which the battery warranty period is 12 months, and other accessories are guaranteed for 3 months.

2.    If the product has non-artificial failure within the warranty period, within 3 months from the date of leaving the factory (The faulty product exceeds more than 1% RMA spare parts), such as black screen, blurred screen, and cant power on, etc., we provide new product for replacement, and at the same time, the customer send back the faulty product to ATP.

3.The failure product more than 3 months, please refer to the after-sales policy for details.

Warranty starting date: The free warranty time starts from the date of manufacturing. Please provide the IMEI number of the product, confirm the shipping time, contact our customer service directly, and arrange the repair of the product.

The warranty doesn't apply to defects caused by the following reasons:

·  Improper or insufficient maintenance;

·  Software provided by customers or third parties;

·  Unauthorized modification;

·  Improper use or operation outside the specified conditions of the product, and improper site preparation;

·  Abuse, negligence, accidents, liquid spills, intrusions, floods or lightning strikes and other natural disasters, loss or damage during transportation;

·  Unauthorized maintenance or repair.


·    The using environment doesn't comply with relevant national regulations, such as 3C certification.

·    The battery is consumable material, and its usable time is gradually shortened as a normal phenomenon; the length of battery usage is also closely related to the using environment, product working state and using mode.

·    Normal wear and tear (such as: natural consumption, wear and aging of the housing and plug-in parts).

Except for ownership, the above guarantee doesn't include and replace all other written or oral, express or implied, legal or other forms of guarantee. Implied statutory guarantees of merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose don't apply. ATP is not subject to any representation or warranty of any other person, including ATP's dealers, distributors, dealers and employees. ATP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and shall not be liable for any liability that exceeds the actual amount paid to ATP for the product. Under no circumstances ATP will not cause damage to the distributor or its buyer due to the use of the product beyond the intended use.

Return policy for industrial tablets, intelligent terminals etc.

·                     Only customers in ATP management system can obtain RMA and return the product.

·                     ATP doesn't support RMA to customers' customers (EG merchants, end users, customer channel partners).

·    Any returned product that doesn't indicate the RMA number on the shipping label or air waybill will be automatically rejected.

·                     Overseas customers must prepare appropriate customs clearance invoices to avoid paying any customs duties during the return period. Any exceptions to the return policy must be agreed in writing by ATP and the customer before returning the goods. Accessories without any defects should not be sent with the device.


·                     For overseas customers, all return shipping and insurance fees are prepaid by the customer, and ATP will automatically reject any products sent by freight collect or COD.

·                     During the warranty period, the defective product can be returned to ATP at the customer's expense.

·                     ATP shall choose to repair or replace products that prove to be defective, and choose to use new or remanufactured/refurbished parts for such repairs or replacements.

·    ATP shall pay the returning shipping cost to the customer, but ATP isn't responsible for any customs duties or other charges that may be incurred during returning the product to the customer. ATP reserves the right to use the most economical transportation method to return the goods.

Authorized Service Center

·    ATP allows its authorized dealers and distributors to receive hardware assembly and maintenance training in the factory.

·    The technical support department of ATP can provide online diagnosis and solutions for most non-board-level repairs by providing technical documents and instructions, so that authorized dealers and distributors can repair/replace defective components on site.

·    If the product doesn't have to be returned to ATP's factory in China, ATP Technology has the right to request the customer to send the product to the local distributor.

·    Only the customer can obtain the RMA and return the product to ATP or the local distributor.


·  The local distributor diagnoses the damaged product, and then sends the report to ATP and requests the necessary components. The shortest turnaround time is 12 days.

·      The local distributor will pay the shipping cost for returning the product to customers.

·  If the product does not need to be sent to ATP for repair, and the customer has the ability to repair, the local distributor will give priority to any required repairs.

For example: Replacing the core-board, ATP sends out the corresponding materials, flashing the corresponding software and sending it to the local distributor. The core-board and the corresponding materials that are replaced by the customer need to be sent back to ATP.

Product return to factory maintenance process and notes

1.    Before customer return to the factory for repair, please confirm the returning address with the customer service and prepare appropriate customs clearance invoices. The invoice must fill in the contact person, company name, telephone number, address, and email address, indicating the items and quantity sent, label the detailed fault description on the product so that maintenance staff can carry out effective and targeted maintenance.

2.    If it is not accessory problem, just send the product without any accessories to avoid losing your accessories; please pack it well when delivery, so as to avoid crushing the screen during the transportation.

3.    The warranty period of industrial tablets, intelligent terminals and other products is 2 years (excluding batteries and accessories); If the warranty period is exceeded or


product failure caused by man-made reasons, reasonable maintenance cost will be charged according to the situation.

4. Express cost for returning to factory: the sender shall bear the express cost during the warranty period, and the customer shall bear the return express cost out of warranty; if the product doesn't need to be repaired and need to be returned the same way, the customer is responsible for the express cost.
